- It’s NOT ok to go without your medications for serious conditions if you are isolated due to flooding. Arrangements can be made to get you what you need. Contact Civil Defence on 0800 653 800.
- For those with COVID who have been displaced by the flooding, please continue to follow COVID guidelines as strictly as possible. Seek medication to relieve your symptoms.
- Please treat floodwater as contaminated. Floodwaters can carry bugs that cause disease from the ground surface, septic tanks and sewerage systems.
