Recieving equipment after your care is important. Other people need this equipment and therefore you need to arrange its return.
If you have recieved any equipment during your treatment, please return this equipment to the Community Services Admin desk, which is located on the ground floor of the hospital, opposite Planet Sunshine.
Depending on the location, we may be able to pick this equipment up from you. Please call 0800-800-620 and ask for the Community Services Admin Team to discuss this.
