The purpose of the Health Information Privacy Policy is to set out Hauora Tairāwhiti's requirements for the management of all personal information received or generated by Hauora Tairāwhiti and to ensure Hauora Tairāwhiti meets its obligations pursuant to the Privacy Act 1993, and the Health Information Privacy Code 1994.
